Antonino de Lorenzo

Prof. Antonino De Lorenzo is Full Professor of Human Nutrition, since 1997, at University of Rome Tor Vergata. He is Director of the Specialization School in Food Science at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Coordinator of the Specialization Schools in Food Science at the National University Council; Coordinator of PhD School of “Applied Medical-Surgical Sciences” of the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.
